We went to the Langley Sleep Country location. We walked in knowing what we didn’t want Shannon greeted us with a smile, listened and heard what we were saying. Took us to beds that would work for us, but wasn’t pushy. She was very compassionate about getting us the right bed. Knowing about our back issues allowed her to make educated decisions based on what we told her. Shannon gave us plenty of time on each bed and gave us time to go back and forth. Until we came up with a decision. We never felt rushed or pressured. Then she went back to try and get us the best deals. Her professionalism and kindness did NOT go unnoticed. Thank you so very much for everything. You are a true beauty and we appreciated you so much.

First time visiting this location and we were welcomed by Shannon. She went above and beyond with recommending the right selection/options for us. She was so thorough with her explanation and was very professional in showing us the demos that could help alleviate lower back pain. We didn't like our first mattress and came to find one that could help with this problem. Shannon did not disappoint and educated us on what type of mattress would be the right fit for us. She was super patient, friendly and efficient all the way. She helped us do an exchange afterwards and we left the store with such a positive experience learning things we didn't know we needed. Our questions and concerns were taken seriously and this made a world difference to us. We came back again to purchase some box-springs for our new mattresses, however it was too bad she was not working that day. We definitely had a great experience thanks to her kind assistance and will not hesitate to recommend her to others. Thank you Shannon for the great service!

From the moment we stepped inside the store we felt comfortable with their COVID procedures which were on point. We were greeted by Garry Middleton and he was a great fit for us. We laughed a lot and he answered all my questions that I needed to ask in regards to which bed fit our needs and with my health issues. He was the best, he gave us great deals and we felt like family never felt pushed into buying anything and told us to take our time lying down on each mattress for as long as we needed till we knew which one was the right fit for us. They also did free delivery and took our old mattresses for us, which they will get repurposed and donated to someone in need. Walked in still pretty spun from a week of chaos following a house fire. Shannon was absolutely wonderful. Sweet, caring, and a real human being. Everywhere else that I had looked, I felt like I was just a sale. Shannon did not make me feel like that once. She helped me find the bed I needed, saved me a bunch money, and I was able to literally walk out of the store with the bed I needed in my hands. I was able to move on to the next urgent task on my list while feeling comfortable knowing I just did the right thing. Thank you for the great service!

Chris is an excellent salesman that keeps the customer's best interest in mind! During my interactions with him, he upheld a sense of patience, understanding, and integrity as he helped me out which facilitated the space for me to come to a decision without any pressure. As an international student who is new to Canada, I especially appreciated how he understood my needs to maintain a certain budget and suggested the most suitable mattress for my requirements. I had previously bought a 200$ pillow and I liked it. I went back a few years later wanting to buy the same one for my fiance since she really liked it also. They told me they didn't have that same one in stock anymore but they said they had one very similar. We couldn't test it out properly because it was in the packaging and they said they couldn't take it out for testing. The salesperson assured me that it was very similar to my original pillow so I ended up buying it. It ended up being a garbage pillow that was 200$ and they don't do refunds, even tho they gave me false advertising. Never shopping there again.
